Naval JROTC Cadet Receives SAR Outstanding Cadet Award

May 1, 2026 – Naval JROTC Cadet Kyle J. Holmes of Mountain Home High School received the 2026 SAR Outstanding Cadet Award during the unit’s Navy Ball. Compatriot David Benedict, the Jordan Milam Chapter ROTC Committee Chairman, presented the award to Cadet Holmes.
