Grave Marking Ceremonies – May 2, 2026

The DeSoto Trace Chapter of The Sons of the American Revolution will be conducting four (4) grave marking ceremonies on Sat, May 2, 2026. The events will be held at the following times and locations:

9 am: Tate Cemetery, Boiling Pot Road in Ouachita County, AR. Honoring Patriot Anderson Tate (P-301930) and Patriot George Tate (P-301936).

11:30 am: Presbyterian Cemetery, Washington Ave. & Pony Street, El Dorado, AR. Honoring Patriot/Lieutenant George Rust (P-283332).

1:30 pm: Shady Grove Cemetery, Roberson Road (dirt road) about 1 mile & Cemetery will be on your left, East of El Dorado, AR. Honoring Patriot/Pvt. Benjamin Cook (P-137848).
